In relation to Senator Engineering working for Wyeth Nutrition, there’s a long and successful working relationship in excess of 30 years. Senator are a Wyeth preferred vendor, therefore Wyeth relies on Senator as a key vendor for many of the stainless steel installations specifically in the Process and Drying areas, and throughout the plant for other general Engineering works. The requirements of maintaining hygiene zone requirements while work in carried out is a demanding & exacting process to ensure compliance with food safety obligations, so Senator are equipped to comply with the requirements, to that end we work in a collaborative manner with Wyeth Quality, Operations and Engineering Department and Senator Management to align on procedures, risk assessments, method statements & documentation to ensure specific requirements are adhered to for particular works. The Safety, Health & Welfare of all personnel on site is a key requirement, and Wyeth mandates that all contractors have third party accreditation. Senator are approved by the Wyeth Health & Safety Department through ISO 45001 SHE accreditation.

We contracted Senator to be the mechanical installer of the core process equipment in a €37M project. They completed the complex installation on time and to a high standard without any cost overruns. They worked together with our engineering team to ensure that all work was carefully planned out in advance with a special focus on safety. Senator was a reliable partner in this project and was one of the reasons for the project’s overall success
